• Date Range: Narrow results to a specific time window. Helpful for monthly reviews, tax preparation, or tracking recent activity;
• Crypto Type: Filter by the specific cryptocurrency involved in the transaction, if you work with more than one;
• Transaction Status: See only completed, pending, or other status types - useful for spotting anything that might need attention.
• Location, ATM ID and Transaction ID: Pinpoint a transaction from a specific machine or branch. You can also search by unique Transaction ID if you have it on hand from a receipt.

Export Transactions to CSV

Need to share your transaction history with an accountant, import it into a spreadsheet, or keep a personal record? The CSV export feature lets you download your transaction data as a standard file that opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool.

One important detail: the export always reflects the filters currently active on the transactions screen. This means if you have a date filter applied, only transactions within that range will appear in the file. If you want a complete export of everything, make sure to clear all filters before downloading.

Exported transaction data is provided for your convenience and personal record-keeping. You are responsible for reviewing your records and determining any tax reporting obligations with a qualified advisor.

Track Your Limits

Your Localcoin account has separate limits for buying and selling crypto. These are displayed clearly in the MyAccount dashboard so you always know how much capacity you have available before heading to an ATM.

Localcoin uses a rolling window model rather than a fixed reset schedule. This means your limits don't all restore at once at midnight - instead, they gradually replenish over time as older transactions roll out of the window. The label "More available in" tells you exactly when the next portion of your limit becomes available again. Think of it like a moving timeline rather than a hard reset.

You can also search manually if you do not want to share browser location information.
